What actually fits.
Every one of these is drawn to scale from the top down, door on the left, so you can see the thing you’re renting instead of guessing from a stock photo of a smiling family. If you’re between two sizes, take the smaller one and call us — we’ll swap you up for free in the first thirty days.

Straight answers.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Everything is month to month. Give us ten days’ notice before your paid-through date and you’re done — no termination fee, no “we need it in writing at the corporate office.”
Is there an admin fee?
No. Your first payment is a prorated month, plus protection if you choose it, plus a lock if you need one. That is the entire list, and the calculator above shows it to the cent before you leave the house.
What do I need to bring to move in?
A driver’s licence and a card. If you reserved online, your gate code is active by the time you park. If you didn’t, it takes about six minutes at the counter.
Can I get in after hours?
The main gate runs 6:00a to 10:00p, seven days. Rows A and B are wired for true 24-hour access — add it to any unit in those rows for $10 a month and your code stops caring what time it is.
Do I actually need climate control here?
In Washington County, a closed metal unit runs well past 110° in July. If you’re storing electronics, leather, vinyl records, candles, photographs, musical instruments or solid-wood furniture, take Building E. Patio furniture, tools and tubs of Christmas decorations are fine outside.
What can’t I store?
Anything alive, anything perishable, anything flammable, and anything illegal. Drain the fuel and disconnect the battery on mowers and generators. Tyres are fine; fifty-five gallons of diesel is not.
Is my property insured?
Not by us automatically — that’s true of every facility, whatever the sign says. Many homeowner and renter policies already extend to off-site storage, so check yours first. If it doesn’t, our protection plans start at $11 a month.
What if I picked the wrong size?
Move up or down for free inside the first thirty days, subject to what’s open on the board. After that it’s a normal transfer with the rate difference prorated.
Hold a unit.
A reservation holds the door for 48 hours at the rate on the board. Nothing is charged until you sign in person.
