St. George · Web · Social · Google

Get found. Get called. Get hired.

We build your website, film your real work for Instagram and Facebook, and get your Google profile into the top 3, so the phone actually rings. Most local businesses juggle seven vendors for that. With EZHD it’s one team, one invoice, based in St. George.

You own everything

Why it matters

WHERE YOUR CUSTOMERS
ACTUALLY FIND YOU.

Before anyone calls, they check three places. If you’re missing from one, or it’s broken, the call goes to whoever isn’t.

The top 3 gets the call

Your Google Business Profile.

Search “roofer St. George” and three businesses show on the map before anything else. Google picks them on relevance, distance and prominence, and reviews are only part of it. On Sep 23, a St. George roofer with 221 five-star reviews ranked #5.

How we get you there

Proof you’re real

Your social feeds.

People check your socials to see if you’re active, local and good at the work. A feed of real jobs (walkthroughs, before-and-afters, happy customers) does the convincing before you ever pick up the phone. A dead feed says you might be closed.

What we shoot

Where they decide

Fast, clear, one tap to call.

When we timed 8 St. George roofer websites on a phone, none of the working ones showed their main content in under 3 seconds, and half had no tap-to-call button on the first screen. Most people don’t wait. They hit back and call the next one.

01 · The system

Seven vendors’ worth of parts. One assembly.

Everything a local business normally buys from seven different companies, drawn as one system. Scroll to put it together.

02 · WHAT WE RUN

THE WHOLE PRESENCE.
ONE ACCOUNTABLE PARTNER.

The website is one output. We build it, fill it, and promote it. Same people, every month. The full scope is one click in: the same language that goes into our services agreement. If it isn’t listed there, we quote it before we start.

Build

Where it lives.

The site itself, designed and built in one to two weeks, then kept patched, backed up, and current. Plus your Google Business Profile and the local search work that keeps the listing accurate and current.

  • 02Website care plan
  • 03Local SEO & Google Business Profile

What fills it.

03 · AIRTIME

SHOT HERE. SEEN EVERYWHERE.

Your website is where people land. Content is how they find it. We shoot it, cut it, caption it, and put it out, so the business keeps showing up in the feeds your customers are already scrolling.

What we shoot

A dolly shot moving through a modern kitchen and living room toward a wall of windows, with a dashed arrow tracing the camera path.

Walkthrough

How a space actually feels to move through.

A split frame of the same house: bare framing on the left, the finished home on the right, divided by a slider.

Before / after

The whole change, in one cut.

A smiling homeowner in a cap talking to camera in a locked-off interview frame.

Testimonial

A customer saying it better than you can.

A drone view from above circling a house with a pool, the orbit path drawn as a dashed ring.

Aerial

The whole property in a single move.

A close-up of a hand finishing wet concrete with a trowel, the background soft in a rack focus.

Detail

The craftsmanship people walk right past.

Four stages of one house, from bare lot to framing to the finished home, stacked along a time-lapse rail.

Progress

Weeks of work in fifteen seconds.

Where it goes

  • CH 01 Instagram Reels, stories, and a grid that looks deliberate instead of accidental.
  • CH 02 TikTok Short-form cut for the way that feed actually moves.
  • CH 03 Facebook Where a lot of your local customers still spend their evenings.
  • CH 04 LinkedIn The room where B2B referrals and hiring conversations happen.
  • CH 05 Google Business Profile Posts and photos on the listing people check before they call you.

Not every business needs every channel. We pick the ones where your customers actually are and keep those genuinely alive, on a cadence set with you, never sold by the piece.

04 · HOW IT GOES

BUILD, CREATE, GROW. IN THAT ORDER.

The build runs one to two weeks when assets and feedback come back within two business days. The schedule moves when feedback does. The phases don’t.

  1. WEEKS 1–2

    BUILD

The site is designed, built and taken live, with the care plan and Google Business Profile set up underneath it.

  2. FROM LAUNCH

    CREATE

Shoots, editing, publishing, on a schedule you can see.

  3. EVERY MONTH

    GROW

Paid advertising and brand work run month to month, each one closed out with a written report of what happened.

The build is the only phase with an end date. Create and Grow start at launch.

06 · THE MONTHLY REPORT

A REPORT EVERY MONTH.
THE SLOW ONES TOO.

The site going live is the start of the work, not the end of it. Every month you get a written report on what the site, the Google profile and the ads actually did, and what we did about it. It is written to be read, not to impress you.

What’s in it

  • What ran, across the site, the Google profile and the ads.
  • What we changed, and why we changed it.
  • What we’re doing next month.
  • What we don’t know yet, said plainly.

How we report

  • If a month produced no calls, messages or appointments, the report says so, and says whether that’s expected at this stage or a problem to fix.
  • If a number jumps, we say whether it jumped off a near-zero base. Growth like that is real, but it isn’t a repeatable monthly rate, and we won’t hand it to you as one.
  • If two platforms count the same thing differently, we show both as reported rather than quietly reconciling them into one tidier figure.
  • We tell you up front which numbers matter and which month to start judging them by. Month one is not that month.

Not shown here Client numbers. Those are theirs, not marketing material. Ask and we’ll walk you through the format with the figures taken out.

07 · THE DRAFTS

DRAWN FOR NOBODY. YET.

Full concept builds for businesses that don’t exist. Walk through the live demos. If one feels like yours, claim it: we rebrand the whole design around your business and build it out for real, then fill it and run it from there. All five below are still unclaimed.

The Solmesa concept site: a serif headline reading 'Where the lava meets the light' over a red rock golf course at dusk. Solmesa A private golf club that doesn’t exist: cinematic loader, scroll-driven signature holes, an illustrated routing map, membership tiers. Every word and image is placeholder, waiting for a real name. View live demo Claim this draft
The Bridger Hollow concept site: a serif headline reading 'One herd, one valley' over an illustrated green valley with a red barn and grazing cows. Bridger Hollow A farmstead creamery that doesn’t exist. Every scene is hand-drawn, not photographed: a layered valley that moves as you scroll, a cave of aging cheese, a product story, a subscription club. Illustration means no stock photos and nothing to license. View live demo Claim this draft
The Ledgeline Storage concept site: 'Every unit we have, on one page' in bold type beside a live board listing unit sizes, availability and monthly rates. Ledgeline Storage A self-storage facility that doesn’t exist: the whole yard drawn to scale as a live availability board, honest move-in math with a $0 admin fee line, a gate that opens as you scroll. Storage sites hide the price; this one leads with it. View live demo Claim this draft
The Butter Bakery site: 'Build the cake, then call us.' in a heavy serif over a soft blue wash, with the cake builder starting underneath. Butter Bakery Two bakers in St. George, no storefront and no checkout: every order starts as a conversation. So the site is a cake builder: set the tiers, size, flavour and finish and the cake is drawn in 3D to those exact dimensions, then written straight into the order they send. View live build Claim this draft
The Shakespeare Rentals site: 'CHARGED. ON TIME. READY TO WORK.' in orange and white on near-black, beside a dimensioned side elevation of a scissor lift on drafting grid. Shakespeare Rentals A St. George equipment house with three electric scissor lifts and room to grow. Every machine drawn to one scale against a six-foot figure, and a calculator that sizes the job by ceiling height then prices the whole rental (delivery, waiver and tax) before anyone picks up the phone. View live build Claim this draft
On the board The next draft is being drawn now. Tell us your industry (restaurant, gym, builder, med-spa, you name it) and we’ll draw yours first. Request a draft

08 · SET THE PACE

EVERYTHING’S INCLUDED.
YOU SET THE PACE.

There’s nothing to assemble. Every plan covers all of it: the site, the listing, the photos, the posts, the ads. The only choice you make is how hard we run it.

Steady

For a business whose phone already rings.

We keep everything current and accurate. We don’t push it.

  • Posting at a cadence we set with you
  • Google Business Profile kept current
  • Site hosted, backed up and monitored
  • Written report every month

Note No ads running. If you want them, that’s Active.

Active

For a business that wants to be found by people who don’t know its name yet.

Everything in Steady, plus we go looking for the people who aren’t searching for you by name.

  • On-site shoots on a set schedule
  • Higher posting cadence across your channels
  • Paid ads built, running and adjusted
  • Monthly report, walked through on a call

Full

For a business in growth or in a fight.

A new location, a new service line, or a competitor spending hard against you.

  • Shoots often enough to stay ahead of the calendar
  • Ads reviewed and adjusted weekly
  • Brand and print work folded in as needed
  • Monthly report, walked through on a call

Move up or down a cadence at any renewal.

We don’t publish rates. Scope varies too much between a two-truck contractor and a four-location clinic for a number on this page to be honest. Twenty minutes on a call and you get a real one.

Not included New page builds, redesigns and new feature work, quoted separately before any work starts.
