Who we are

EZHD is a marketing studio based in St. George, Utah. This policy covers this website, ez-hd.co, and the concept demo sites under ez-hd.co/drafts. Questions go to ezhdco@gmail.com or (435) 224-6987.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone number, business details and message. When you email, call or message us, we receive whatever you include.
• Usage data. Google Analytics records which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are (city level), the device and browser, and how people arrived. It uses cookies to do this.
• Server logs. Our host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and time of request) to run and protect the site.

Who processes it for us

• Web3Forms delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Google Analytics measures site traffic.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so your browser connects to Google when the page loads.
• Vercel hosts the website.

Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We don’t share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, quote and deliver work, and see which pages are useful so we can improve them. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list without asking.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept as long as we need them to respond and keep normal business records. Ask and we’ll delete yours.

Your choices

• Email ezhdco@gmail.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
• You can block or clear cookies in your browser, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
