Local search, minus the ranking games.
Google Business Profile management and local SEO for businesses in St. George and across Washington County. When someone nearby searches for what you do, the map pack and the reviews decide who gets the call. We make sure your side of that decision is in order.
What you getThe actual scope
This is the same list that goes into our services agreement. If it isn’t here, we quote it before any work starts.
- Google Business Profile setup and management
- Profile posts, photos, and Q&A upkeep
- Review monitoring and responses
- Local SEO: citations and listing consistency
- On-page local SEO improvements
- Search Console and local ranking tracking
We report what actually happened: searches, calls, direction requests, where you showed up and where you didn’t. Anyone guaranteeing you a number is guessing. We won’t, and you should be suspicious of anyone who will.
Why it mattersThe map decides before your website does
For most local searches (a plumber in Washington, a dentist in Ivins, an excavator in Hurricane) the searcher never scrolls past the map. Three businesses show up there, each with a star rating attached, and the decision is mostly made before any website loads. Getting into that box isn’t magic. It’s the boring work done consistently: a complete, accurate profile; the same name, address, and phone number everywhere your business is listed; fresh photos and posts so Google can see someone’s home; and reviews that get answered instead of ignored.
The last one matters more than most owners think. A review response is written for the next hundred people who read it, not just the one who left it, and a stack of unanswered one-stars reads as a business that stopped paying attention. We watch the reviews, draft the responses in your voice, and flag anything that needs your call before it goes out.
A word on the spam callsYou’ve already met our competition
If you own a business in Utah, you’ve had the call: a robotic voice claiming your Google listing has a problem, or a stranger promising the number-one spot for a monthly fee. That entire industry exists because local SEO is invisible enough that people can charge for it without doing it. Here’s the honest version: nobody controls Google’s rankings: not us, not them, not anyone who cold-called you at lunch. What a business can control is everything Google reads when it decides who to show. That’s the part we do, and the reporting shows you exactly what changed each month, in plain numbers, so you never have to take our word for it.
How it goesAn audit first, then a rhythm
We start with an audit: your profile, your listings across the directories that matter, your competitors' footprint in Washington County, and what your website is telling Google about where you work. That becomes a short list of fixes, and we do the big ones first. After that it settles into a monthly rhythm: posts and photos going up, listings staying consistent, reviews getting answered, and a report you can read in five minutes. It’s the same rhythm we run for our own clients here in St. George, and local search works the same in Logan as it does in Southern Utah. Our service area runs the length of the state: St. George, Hurricane, Cedar City and the rest of Washington County, then up through Salt Lake City and Park City to Cache Valley, and over the state line into Mesquite and Las Vegas when a client’s customers live there.
QuestionsStraight answers
- How long before local SEO shows results?
- Honestly: it varies, and anyone giving you a fixed date is selling. Profile and listing fixes tend to show up in the data within weeks; the review and content work compounds over months. We track it all in Search Console and your profile insights, and you see the same numbers we do.
- Can you guarantee the top spot in the map pack?
- No, and neither can the people calling you claiming they can. Google decides rankings; we control the inputs: profile quality, listing consistency, reviews, and on-page signals. That’s where the honest work is, and it’s the work we do.
- What does it cost?
- Quoted per project, confirmed in writing before any work begins. Twenty minutes on a call and you get a real number. If you would rather we ran the whole presence instead of one piece, that is the plans.

A twenty-minute call is usually enough to know whether this is a fit. If it isn’t, we’ll say so.
