You own everything — the domain, the files, the analytics. If we ever part ways, it all goes with you. Anyone who won't promise that is renting you your own website.

Why customTemplates look like templates

Most small-business sites in northern Utah come off the same three page builders, and it shows: the same hero, the same stock photos, the same layout your competitor bought last month. A custom build costs more attention up front, but it gives you the two things a template can't — a site that looks like your business instead of your industry, and clean, fast code that search engines actually favor.

Speed matters double out here. A contractor in Hyrum or a clinic in Providence isn't competing with the whole internet — they're competing with a dozen local rivals on the same searches. A fast, well-structured site with honest local content is often the whole difference on page one.

How it goesKickoff to live in one to two weeks

Day 0 is a discovery call — brand assets, goals, and content gathering. Days 1–6 we design and build. Days 7–9 you review, with two rounds of revisions applied. Days 10–14: final checks, domain connection, and launch. The schedule only moves when feedback does, and we tell you that on day one.

Do you only work in Cache Valley?
No — we're based in Cache Valley and serve all of Utah, plus Mesquite and Las Vegas across the state line. Our first client is a custom home builder in St. George, and everything after the on-site work happens just as well over a call — Cache Valley to Southern Utah and everywhere between.
Can you redesign my existing site instead of starting over?
Yes. We'll audit what you have first and tell you honestly whether it's worth rescuing — sometimes it is, and sometimes a rebuild is genuinely cheaper than the rescue.
What does it cost?
