Hosting, with a name attached.
Website hosting and monthly care for businesses in Logan, Smithfield, and across Cache Valley — and anywhere else in Utah. Your site stays online, backed up, and current, and when something goes wrong you call a person, not a ticket queue.
What you getThe actual scope
This is the list from our services agreement, word for word. Anything outside it gets quoted in writing before we touch it.
- Fast, secure hosting
- Domain and DNS management
- SSL certificate management
- Uptime and security monitoring
- Regular backups
- Content edits up to 2 hours per month
- Monthly performance check and email support
Not included: new page builds, redesigns, and new feature work. Those get their own quote before any work starts — a care plan is for care, not a blank check either direction.
Why it mattersThe quietly abandoned website
Ask a business owner in northern Utah where their website lives and you'll often get a shrug. It was built years ago by someone's nephew or an agency that has since vanished, the hosting bill goes to a card nobody checks, and the login is in an inbox from 2019. Everything is fine — right up until the SSL certificate lapses, the domain doesn't renew, or the contact form stops sending and nobody notices for a month.
None of those failures are dramatic. That's the problem. A down site doesn't call you; it just sits there costing you the customers who tried. A care plan exists so someone is actually responsible for the boring parts — renewals, certificates, backups, updates — and so a broken form gets caught by monitoring instead of by a customer who gave up.
How it runsA normal month on the plan
Monitoring watches the site around the clock. Backups run on schedule and get checked, because a backup nobody has tested is a rumor. Once a month we go through the site ourselves — speed, forms, links, security updates — and send you a plain-English note on what we found and what we did. Your two hours of content edits cover the ordinary stuff: new photos, updated hours, a price change, a staff swap. Email it over; it gets done.
And we won't sell you a 99.99% uptime guarantee, because at our size that number would be borrowed from someone else's data center. What we'll actually promise: the site is monitored constantly, and when something breaks, it gets fixed fast by someone whose name you know — not escalated through three tiers of support in another time zone. For a shop in Providence or Richmond, that difference is the whole product.
QuestionsStraight answers
- Can you take over a site EZHD didn't build?
- Usually, yes. We'll audit it first — where it's hosted, who owns the domain, what shape the code is in — and tell you plainly what we can care for and what we can't. If the build is too fragile to maintain honestly, we'll say that too.
- Who owns the domain and the hosting account?
- You do, always. We manage them on your behalf, but they're registered to you, and if we ever part ways we hand over every login and the site keeps running without us. Hosting that holds your domain hostage isn't hosting — it's leverage.
- What does it cost?
- Quoted per project, confirmed in writing before anything starts. Pick your pieces with the scope builder and we'll price it on a twenty-minute call.

Based in Cache Valley, working across Utah — our first client is a home builder in St. George, so distance clearly isn't the obstacle. A server doesn't care whether you're in Logan, Salt Lake City, or St. George, and neither do we. Twenty minutes on a call is usually enough to know if this is a fit.
